Lebanon’s Minister of Tradition, Choose Mohammad Wissam Mortada, has efficiently facilitated the restoration of a big archaeological piece, “Head found within the Ashmun web site” (1966), from an public sale in Munich, Germany.
This motion was taken following a directive to Ambassador Mustafa Adib. The artifact, a part of Lebanon’s archaeological stock, was stolen in 1981 from Jbeil depots.
