Bassil’s Safety Simply Assaulted A Protestor In Tripoli

In a controversial go to to Tripoli, Gebran Bassil, the chief of the Free Patriotic Motion and a member of the Lebanese parliament, confronted vehement opposition.

His tour, which started on Sunday afternoon, included conferences with outstanding native figures equivalent to MP Taha Najy and MP Faisal Karami.

Nevertheless, tensions escalated when Tripoli residents expressed their dissent by pelting Bassil’s convoy with eggs and tomatoes.

Amidst these protests, two people have been reportedly injured after a scuffle involving the military and alleged aggression from Bassil’s safety crew, as per sources from “Annahar”.
