Dr. Abbas Al-Halabi, the Minister of Schooling and Greater Schooling, introduced that solely colleges located in villages immediately adjoining to Lebanon’s southern borders will likely be closed tomorrow, Thursday, 10/19/2023.
The directive applies to each private and non-private academic establishments, in addition to vocational colleges.
Faculties in different districts will proceed their common schedules. Al-Halabi urged residents to remain up to date with the ministry’s bulletins for any adjustments.
