Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), formally declared their accountability for executing a focused army operation earlier this afternoon.
The operation occurred within the southern a part of Lebanon, near the border with occupied Palestine. The group’s announcement has drawn consideration to the continuing tensions within the area.
