Lebanon Formally Suspends Ban On LGBTQ+ Gatherings

On Tuesday, Authorized Agenda introduced that on 1/11/2022, the State Council, Lebanon’s excessive administrative courtroom, suspended the execution of the choice of the Caretaker Inside Minister Bassam Mawlawi that banned LGBTQ+ conferences.

Mawlawi had issued that call on June 2022 aiming to ban LGBTQ+ conferences and gatherings that allegedly promote “sexual deviance.”
