Caretaker PM Najib Mikati won’t convene the caretaker cupboard as President Michel Aoun’s time period ended until there’s a main emergency.
“Mikati gained’t name for cupboard periods and that is what he has advised ministers Walid Fayyad and Walid Nassar,” a distinguished ministerial supply advised Asharq al-Awsat newspaper.
“Mikati is insisting that he won’t convene cupboard until there a state of affairs of utmost necessity that requires the cupboard to convene to take a stance on a significant situation associated to the nation’s nationwide safety or a grand and surprising occasion,” the supply added.
