A hearth broke out in Damour, 20 km south of Beirut, late Sunday, in dry grass and wooden space, close to a gasoline station, and it was reportedly set deliberately. A spokesperson from the Civil Protection informed native information that the fireplace was shortly introduced beneath management.
The Police of the Damour Municipality and the Civil Protection intervened and shortly managed to achieve management of the fireplace. The Civil Protection spokesperson stated they had been in a position to determine the alleged perpetrators of the fireplace.
