As a result of fast fluctuation of the greenback trade charge in Lebanon, there’ll reportedly be two units of gasoline costs issued every day.
The primary will probably be at 9 am and will probably be based mostly on the greenback trade charge of the earlier night time. The second will probably be at 4 pm based mostly on the present trade charge of that day.
This comes as gasoline stations in Lebanon shut down yesterday and the heads of the syndicates known as for the dollarization of the costs as a way to sustain with the fluctuation.
The US Greenback to Lebanese Lira trade charge continues to achieve file lows.
As of this morning, the costs are as adopted:
- 95-octane gasoline: 1,039,000 LL
- Gasoline 98 octane: 1,064,000 LL
- Diesel: 1,089,000 LL
- Fuel: 664,000 LL
